Kazpatent Official Fees

Below are the official fees of the National Institute of Intellectual Property of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Kazpatent) for the main procedures: filing, examination, registration and renewal, as well as annual patent maintenance fees.

All fees are payable in Kazakhstani tenge (KZT) and include 16% VAT. For convenience, amounts are also shown in US dollars at the current official exchange rate of the National Bank of Kazakhstan.

• Trademarks – filing, examination, registration and renewal
• Inventions, utility models and industrial designs – filing, examination, grant and extension
• Copyright – registration
• Patent maintenance – annual fees by year
