Registration of License Agreement

  1. I. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
    1. Names and addresses of the parties (licensor and licensee)
    2. Registration numbers of the trademarks/patents
    3. Scan of the license agreement – the original is not required (we will send you a draft)
    4. Scan of the power of attorney from the licensor – the original is not required (we will send you a draft)
  2. II. TIMELINE AND COSTS
    1. Registration takes 10 working days from the filing date

Official fees are set by the National Institute of Intellectual Property (Kazpatent), are payable in Kazakhstani tenge and include 16% VAT. USD amounts are approximate. See all official fees.
